REACO Associates LLC was formed in 2009 to provide water and wastewater treatment equipment and systems to municipal and industrial customers in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. The company represents various manufacturers of process treatment technology and strives to assist its customers with pre-sale application support, supply of technology and after sale service.  

Chuck Reading: The owner, Chuck Reading, has been involved in the water and wastewater market since 1978. His experiences include being CEO of both Capital Controls Inc. and Wallace and Tiernan Inc. He was also instrumental in forming ITT's Advanced Water Treatment Group, a division that achieved significant size and presence in the industry.

Chuck is a past Chairman of WWEMA (Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association) located in Washington DC. Through WWEMA he was appointed to the US EPA's Federal Advisory Committee (FACA) to assist in the development of the Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rules and the Disinfection and Disinfection by-products Rules II.

Chuck served on the Editorial Advisory Board of Water & Wastes Digest and has had several articles on water treatment published.
